Prologue

Haloooo...

It has been a long time since I haven't written anything on my blog. So, from tonight I'll start writing my experiences again. This time I'll start writing my experience in joining SEAMEO program. But before that, I'll first introduce myself.

My name is Grace Novenasari Manurung. In simple, you can call me Grace. I'm 21 years old right now. I live in Perumahan Dosen Blok D4 no. 15, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. I'm learning English Education in Tadulako University which means I'm an English student also. Right now I'm joining a program from SEAMEO called SEA-Teacher. SEAMEO itself is Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization). Now, I'll tell you how I can join this program.

Once, the coordinator of my study program called me by phone and asked me to meet her in her room. When I arrived in her room, I saw my friends who are in the same major as me and suddenly the coordinator came and said that we all are going to be the representatives of English Study Program in the selection of SEA-Teacher Program. That was the beginning of my journey. Then, I attended the selection and thank God I passed it. The announcement came out and there was my name. Not only me, there were also some names of students from other majors. The total of us are 7 students. After that, my friends from other majors and I had an interview via webex with SEAMEO and our hosts universities. The seven of us are separated in 3 different universities in two different countries. Me myself is placed in Roosevelt College Inc, Sumulong Highway, Cainta, Rizal Province, Philippines. I'll stay there in a month. My departure is on 6 August 2017 and I'll come back to Indonesia on 4 September 2017.

Hopefully I can pass this program smoothly and gain more eperience in teaching and learning process.
